Bathroom planning

Stage one

Initial consultation at your home, This should only take around 30 minutes to an hour to look at the current bathroom and discuss plans so we can base a quotation on the information you have given. We can also work with the bathroom supplier to advise you on what materials to use. The bathroom company will be able to work up your ideas on CAD (Computer-aided design) and show you a 3D visual representation of your room. After this process an order can be placed, ready for us to install. 

Stage two

An itemised quotation will be emailed to you, underlining works description, building material costs, waste removal costs and stage labour payments.

Stage three

If you are happy with the quote a start date will be discussed and scheduled in. A further visit to your home will be arranged to organise all purchasing and to review the plans for the installation.

Stage four

The start date, all walkway areas (and anywhere else that needs to be) will be protected, a skip will arrive and the old bathroom removal will commence.

Stage five

The installation should take between 7 and 15 days depending on the specifications of the project.

Stage six

On the last day of the bathroom fitting the waste will be removed and the bathroom will be cleaned and polished. All tools and carpet protection will be removed and any other required final cleaning/vacuuming will take place.

Stage seven

Stage payments will have been made throughout the build, the last payment will be due on completion.
